Teresa Gordoa has dedicated more than 30 years to pastoral ministry, missions, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. A Bible school graduate, she spent five years serving as a missionary in Ireland and has participated in more than 50 mission trips around the world.
Alongside her husband, Pastor Frank Gordoa, Teresa has spent decades serving in pastoral leadership, strengthening churches, and inspiring others to make a difference through ministry and missions. Together, they currently serve at Abundant Life Church in Grand Island, Nebraska.
Through years of ministry, Teresa and Frank developed a passion for seeing churches unite to reach children and families in their communities. That vision led them to co-found Cities4Kids, a ministry dedicated to providing free, Christ-centered camps where children can experience the love of Jesus in a fun, safe, and meaningful environment.
As Executive Director, Teresa leads the ministry's mission to reach children and families both nationally and internationally while inspiring volunteers of all ages to discover the joy of serving others. She believes that reaching a child can impact an entire family and that investing in the next generation can change communities for years to come.
Her heart is to see lives transformed by Jesus Christ and to encourage others to use their gifts, talents, and abilities to make an eternal difference.

Nathen Villarreal has been involved with Cities4Kids for more than a decade, developing a passion for missions, serving others, and making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. Through years of participating in camps and mission trips, he has gained valuable hands-on experience in ministry leadership, outreach, and team development.
Now serving as Associate Executive Director, Nathen plays a vital role in the leadership and daily operations of Cities4Kids. From coordinating camps and mission teams to overseeing ministry activities and leading outreach efforts, he helps ensure that the mission and vision of Cities4Kids are carried out with excellence. His experience, dedication, and ability to lead independently make him an essential part of the ministry's continued growth and impact.
Nathen is also pursuing his graduate degree with plans to become an educator and coach, reflecting his passion for mentoring, encouraging, and investing in the next generation.
His heart for ministry comes from a genuine belief that every child deserves to experience love, encouragement, and the opportunity to discover their God-given purpose. Through Cities4Kids, Nathen is committed to helping children and families experience the life-changing love of Jesus Christ while inspiring others to discover the joy of serving.
